1. Eligibility
1.1. Returns: You may return an item if you are not completely satisfied with it within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
1.2. Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged item, we will exchange it for a new one. Please contact us within 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
2.1. Some items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to, items like opened bedding, and used personal care products. Please check the product descriptions for any additional non-returnable items.
3. Return Process
3.1. To initiate a return, please contact our team at on 02 6372 0050 to request a return authorisation. You will be provided instructions on how to return the item.
3.2. Return shipping costs may apply, and they are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
3.3. When returning the item, please ensure it is securely packaged and includes all original packaging materials, tags, and accessories.
4. Refunds
4.1. Once we receive the returned item and it is inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 8 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4.2. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
5. Exchanges
5.1. To initiate an exchange for a defective or damaged item, please contact our team on 6372 0050. We will provide you with instructions for the exchange process.
5.2. We will send you a replacement item after we receive and inspect the defective or damaged item.
6. Cancellations
6.1. You may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
